My Renault 8s, rear engine, 1300cc, rollerskate!!!

and yes the tyres were so wide when it was on a tight lock they rubbed the inside of the wings :shock: :shock:

loads of go-faster bits, a bit technical but the fly wheel had been balanced and lightend, an ally head, big bore exhaust, cosmic alloy wheels... and it was very loud :shock: :shock:

I had one of those, Ive got a photo somewhere of it on a trailer outside my mums house, being towed by a Ford Pop ..Ill dig it out. It had a 250 hp 2 litre engine at the time .

Just wished I still owned it but spares were quite hard to come by.... the headlights were impossible to find, if you look the glass was concaved (inwards) and the reflective silvering had come off (MOT failure). I did find some-one to re-do them but it was never that good.

I have a R5 Gordini engine and box, just need something to put it in.
There used to be a R8 Gordini down the road to me, with Cosmic alloys and Soooo much neg camber.......... :D
